Grade Description
Grade I More than 75% of cancer cells are well-differentiated, classified as highly differentiated cancer, low malignancy
Grade II 25% to 75% of cancer cells are well-differentiated, classified as moderately differentiated cancer, moderate malignancy
Grade III Less than 25% of cancer cells are well-differentiated, classified as poorly differentiated cancer, high malignancy
Grade IV Undifferentiated cancer
