| Excellent: | No shoulder pain, strong upper limb, normal shoulder joint movement, returned to original work; |
| Good: | Light pain during shoulder joint movement, reasonable strength in the affected limb, shoulder joint movement close to normal, abduction and lifting do not reach 180°; |
| Poor: | Pain during movement, significant obstruction during shoulder joint movement, reduced strength. |
