I Type | Small fracture fragment or marginal fracture, no displacement or slight displacement. |
II Type | Marginal fracture with displacement, involving more than 30% of the radial head. |
III Type | Comminuted fracture of the radial head. |
IV Type | Comminuted fracture of the radial head with posterior dislocation of the elbow joint. |
