Classification of Posterior Shoulder Dislocation

Divided into three types based on the position of the humeral head after dislocation.
① Subglenoid type, the humeral head is located below the glenoid cavity, this type is rare;
② Subacromial type, the humeral head is located below the acromion, also rare;
③ Subcoracoid type, the humeral head is located below the coracoid process, the joint surface faces backward, located behind the glenoid cavity, this type is the most common.
