Classification of Medial Epicondyle Fractures of the Humerus

Grade I Injury: Only fracture or epiphyseal separation with minimal displacement.
Grade II Injury: Bone fragment displaced downward and rotated forward, possibly reaching the joint level.
Grade III Injury: Fracture fragment interposed in the joint, with partial elbow dislocation.
Grade IV Injury: Posterior or posterolateral elbow dislocation, with the bone fragment interposed in the joint.
