Riseborough Classification of Intercondylar Humerus Fractures

I°: No displacement or slight displacement of the fracture, with the articular surface remaining flat.
II°: Displacement of the fracture fragments, but no separation or rotation of the condyles, with the articular surface remaining mostly flat.
III°: Displacement of the fracture fragments, but no separation or rotation of the condyles, with the articular surface remaining mostly flat.
IV°: The condylar region of the humerus is comminuted into more than three fragments, with severe damage to the articular surface.
