Result Interpretation

Note: The TLICS score is a scoring system for the classification and severity of thoracolumbar injuries.

It includes three aspects: fracture morphology, integrity of the posterior ligament complex, and neurological injury condition.

Different scores are assigned based on the conditions, and the total score from the three parts serves as the basis for treatment selection.

A total score of less than 4 indicates non-surgical treatment, while greater than 4 indicates surgical treatment; a score of 4 can indicate either option.
