2. For children weighing between 30-50kg, the body surface area is estimated; for every 5kg increase in weight, the body surface area increases by 0.1m2. For example, 35kg = 1.1 + 0.1 = 1.2m2, 40kg = 1.1 + 0.2 = 1.3m2, 50kg = 1.1 + 0.4 = 1.5m2.
3. For a weight of 60kg, the body surface area is 1.6m2, and for 70kg, it is 1.7m2.
