Those who meet at least 4 of the 7 criteria can be diagnosed with RA. The sensitivity of this standard is 94%, and the specificity is 89%. Early, atypical, and inactive RA patients are prone to misdiagnosis.

RA: Rheumatoid Arthritis. RA is an autoimmune disease characterized by disabling polyarthritis, with chronic, symmetrical, and destructive polyarthritis as the main clinical manifestation, most commonly affecting the joints of the hands, wrists, knees, ankles, and feet.

The diagnosis of this disease is mainly based on medical history, clinical manifestations, combined with serological and imaging examinations.
