Grade Description
Grade I The protrusion of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina descends to halfway to the hymen
Grade II The protrusion of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina reaches the hymen
Grade III The protrusion of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina extends beyond the hymen

Description

Note: Prolapse grading examination should be conducted in the maximum Valsalva maneuver state.
