Total score of 100 points, the higher the score, the stronger the ability for daily living.

Barthel index is currently the most widely used disability scale internationally. For patients with cerebrovascular disease, a decline in the ability to perform daily activities due to limb mobility impairment can be evaluated using the Barthel index.
