I No Blockade (0%) Legs and feet can move freely.
II Partial Blockade (33%) Just able to bend knees, feet can move freely.
III Near Complete Blockade (66%) Unable to bend knees, but feet can move freely.
IV Complete Blockade (100%) Legs and feet cannot move at all.

Explanation

Used to assess the degree of motor nerve blockade.
