Criteria for Eradication of H. pylori Infection

Preferred non-invasive methods, to be performed at least 4 weeks after the end of eradication therapy. H. pylori eradication can be determined if one of the following three criteria is met:
1. Negative 13C- or 14C-UBT (evidence level 1b);
2. Negative HpSA test (monoclonal method) (evidence level 1b);
3. Negative RUT based on samples from both the antrum and the body of the stomach (evidence level 2b).
