Killip Classification of Cardiac Function (Acute Myocardial Infarction)

Grade I No clinical signs of heart failure
Grade II Rales in the lungs, presence of third heart sound (S3), elevated jugular venous pressure
Grade III Frank acute pulmonary edema
Grade IV Cardiogenic shock or hypotension (systolic blood pressure below 90 mmHg) with evidence of peripheral vasoconstriction (oliguria, cyanosis, sweating, etc.)

Used for evaluating cardiac function impairment in acute myocardial infarction.
