PCI, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.
Major surgical complications refer to death, Q-wave myocardial infarction, non-elective CABG surgery, or stroke. The Mayo system is simple and easy to use, has excellent predictive ability for post-PCI risk, and is currently the most widely accepted scoring system in clinical practice.
