Description
Class I: No pulmonary congestion and poor peripheral perfusion;
Class II: Presence of pulmonary congestion;
Class III: Poor perfusion of peripheral tissues;
Class IV: Presence of pulmonary congestion and poor peripheral perfusion.
Mainly used for patients with acute myocardial infarction, can also be used for the evaluation of acute heart failure due to other causes.
