Indications for Termination of Pregnancy |

1. Severe preeclampsia patients who show no significant improvement after 24-48 hours of active treatment; |
2. Severe preeclampsia patients with a gestational age of more than 34 weeks; |
3. Severe preeclampsia patients with a gestational age of less than 34 weeks, but with placental dysfunction and fetal maturity; |
4. Severe preeclampsia patients with a gestational age of less than 34 weeks, placental dysfunction, and fetal immaturity; after promoting fetal lung maturity with dexamethasone, termination of pregnancy can be considered; |
5. Termination of pregnancy can be considered 2 hours after eclampsia is controlled. |
