Result Interpretation

Calculation Formula

Score range: 0 - 75.

The score is the sum of the squares of the three most severe injuries to the body.

If any injury level reaches "Fatal (6)", the score is 75.

Clinical Application

The Trauma Severity Score (Injury Severity Score, ISS) is an anatomical scoring system that provides a comprehensive assessment for patients with multiple injuries.
