0 points: Fully active, no restrictions on activities compared to before the illness;

1 point: Able to carry out light physical activities, including general housework or office work, but unable to perform heavy physical activities;

2 points: Able to walk and take care of oneself, but unable to work, can get out of bed for more than half of the day;

3 points: Only partially able to take care of oneself, bedridden or in a wheelchair for more than half of the day;

4 points: Bedridden, unable to take care of oneself.
