Grade | Criteria |

Grade I | Perfect anesthesia, painless, good muscle relaxation, calm, providing good conditions for surgery, cardiopulmonary function and hemodynamics remain relatively stable. |
Grade II | Incomplete anesthesia, mild pain, poor muscle relaxation, visceral traction pain, need for sedatives, hemodynamic fluctuations (not caused by the condition). |
Grade III | Incomplete anesthesia, significant pain or poor muscle relaxation, moaning and restlessness, condition improves after auxiliary medication, but not ideal, surgery barely completed. |
Grade IV | Other anesthesia methods required to complete the surgery. |
