Evaluation Criteria for Spinal Anesthesia (Epidural, Lumbar, Sacral)

Grade Criteria
Grade I Perfect anesthesia, painless, good muscle relaxation, calm,
providing good conditions for surgery,
cardiopulmonary function and hemodynamics remain relatively stable.
Grade II Incomplete anesthesia, mild pain, poor muscle relaxation,
visceral traction pain, need for sedatives,
hemodynamic fluctuations (not caused by the condition).
Grade III Incomplete anesthesia, significant pain or poor muscle relaxation, moaning and restlessness,
condition improves after auxiliary medication,
but not ideal, surgery barely completed.
Grade IV Other anesthesia methods required
to complete the surgery.
