Grade | Criteria |

Grade I | Complete block, patient is pain-free, calm, and has satisfactory muscle relaxation, providing good conditions for surgery. |
Grade II | Incomplete block, unsatisfactory muscle relaxation, patient shows signs of pain. |
Grade III | Incomplete block, significant pain, poor muscle relaxation, patient shows signs of groaning and agitation. Condition improves somewhat with additional medication, but remains suboptimal, surgery barely completed. |
Grade IV | Anesthesia failure, requiring alternative anesthesia methods to complete the surgery. |
