Result Interpretation

The scale consists of 15 items evaluated by trained nurses, and the total score is obtained based on the scoring rules. A higher score indicates a higher risk of suicide.

① ≤5 points indicate low suicide risk;

② 6-8 points indicate moderate suicide risk;

③ 9-11 points indicate high suicide risk;

④ ≥12 points indicate extremely high suicide risk.
