Very similar to normal prostate. Glands are small, well-structured, tightly packed
Increased stroma, well-formed glands but larger, with more tissue in between
Recognizable glands, but cells are darker. Some cells have left the glands and begun to invade surrounding tissues or show an infiltrative pattern
Almost no recognizable glands. Many cells invade surrounding tissues in clusters
Very few or no recognizable glands. Typically, sheets of cells spread through surrounding tissues
