PASI Score:

Formula Explanation

PASI (Head and Neck) = 0.1 × (E + I + D) × Lesion Area;

PASI (Upper Limb) = 0.2 × (E + I + D) × Lesion Area;

PASI (Trunk) = 0.3 × (E + I + D) × Lesion Area;

PASI (Lower Limb) = 0.4 × (E + I + D) × Lesion Area;

Total PASI Score = PASI (Head and Neck) + PASI (Upper Limb) + PASI (Upper Limb) + PASI (Trunk)

Result Interpretation

Treatment Efficacy Assessment Criteria:

According to the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) scoring criteria, record the PASI scores before and after treatment, and determine the efficacy based on the PASI score reduction rate.

PASI score reduction rate = (PASI score before treatment - PASI score after treatment) / PASI score before treatment × 100%.

Cured: PASI score reduction rate > 90%

Significant Effect: PASI score reduction rate 60% - 89%

Effective: PASI score reduction rate 20% - 59%

Ineffective: PASI score reduction rate < 20%

Total Effective Rate = (Number of Cured + Number of Significant Effect + Number of Effective) / Total Number × 100%.
