Result Interpretation

The PSQI scale can be used to assess the sleep quality of patients with sleep disorders, and it is also suitable for the general population to evaluate sleep conditions over a month. It consists of 19 self-rated and 5 observer-rated items, totaling 21 points.

0-5 points indicate very good quality, 6-10 points indicate fair quality, 11-15 points indicate average quality, and 16-21 points indicate very poor quality.
