Signs/Symptoms
No clinical signs of heart failure
Rales or crackles in the lungs, presence of third heart sound (S3), elevated jugular venous pressure
Frank acute pulmonary edema
Cardiogenic shock or hypotension (systolic blood pressure <90mmHg) with evidence of peripheral vasoconstriction (oliguria, cyanosis, sweating, etc.)
