PO (microsize): - 0.5–1 g/day in a single dose or 2–4 divided doses PO (ultramicrosize): - 330–660 mg/day in 1–2 divided doses Duration: - General skin infections: ≥3 weeks - Palms/soles: 4–8 weeks - Nail infections: 6–12 months Take with meals to enhance absorption; avoid prolonged sun exposure and alcohol. |
Pediatric Dosage |
PO (microsize): - 11 mg/kg/day PO (ultramicrosize): - 7.3 mg/kg/day Administer as for adults (single or divided doses). |
